Production

1. draw the design drawing according to customer hand-drawing, idea, size, etc by Auto CAD

2. cut the galvanized steel tube based on the Auto CAD drawing, open the lock and hingles hole by mold

3. weld the steel tube to the door and windows frame, then rub down the welding line

4. surface powder coating in black, white or other color,for best quality we use hand paint primer paint +best fluorocarbon paint ,the door lifespan can warranty 20 years not rust not fade

5. install the glass,all glass fixed use screws fixing,very easy to replace the glass.

6. package: bubble bag inside and steel tube frame welding box+ plywood case outside.

Cleaning: The workers first use the small polish machine to polish the welding points one by one. After finished all the welding,using the big polish machine (steel sand ) to wash the oil.
6. Surface Treatment: Then finish the zinc plating. The last surface treatment can be hot dip zinc plating or zinc plating plus power coating.
